The Man, The Myth, The Legend
Hey everyone! As you probably guessed, I am PZ. The creator of “PZ Talks”. My name is Anthony Pinzone; I am a 26 year old Multimedia Specialist for a large grocery chain in the north east, and I like to share the things I love with the people on the web via this very site. I aspire to one day own my own business… what type of business you may ask? I’m not sure yet, but I know I want to work for myself and be successful at it.
In 2008 I was the first of my family to graduate from college with a Bachelors in Business Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey. From there I joined A&P, a supermarket chain in the northeast, as an HR Administrator… mostly customer service and data entry work. Today I continue to work for A&P, but in a multimedia role, rather than human resources. My main focus in this position is web design.
Ironically enough I’m a self taught web designer, starting out with tables and basic HTML at the age of 14… I’ve been fine tuning my skills for nearly 12 years now, and am rather proficient in HTML 4.0, XHtml, and CSS. I’m currently working on learning all the new features of CSS3 and HTML5, as well as trying to get my head around PHP. I’m an avid WordPress fan, and have absolutely fallen in love with it’s ease of use and customization. This very template is my own custom work and I continue to tweak it everyday.
Aside from work and this blog, I rather enjoy gaming and anything having to do with the NFL. Some of my favorite gaming titles have been the Grand Theft Auto Series, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Elder Scrolls: Skryim, World of Warcraft, the Mass Effect series, the Uncharted series and so much more. Currently I’m delving into the world of Star Wars: The Old Republic, if you can’t tell by my blog posts. In the world of the NFL I’m a die hard Miami Dolphins fan, and a ridiculously obsessed fantasy player.
What is PZ Talks all about?
My main vision for this site was a play on the popular 90′s sitcom, Seinfeld. A show which was most famous for being a “show about nothing”. Seinfeld often covered the trials and tribulations of everyday life, and made it funny. My goal here, is to cover the things I go through in life. What I’m thinking, or involved in, or even sharing an answer to a question I’ve always wondered about.
Mainly I just like to interact with the World Wide Web. Share ideas and thoughts, and help to entertain as best I can.
